How is AUFP Different?
The AUFP will offer contractors a reduced-rate membership, using those funds to challenge unlawful practices and recover unpaid superannuation. As secure employment increases, so will our capacity for genuine union strength. We have also identified instances of unprofessional conduct and operational issues within existing structures, raising concerns about their ability to effectively represent the unique needs of our industry.
Transparent, Affordable Membership
AUFP’s finances are managed by a highly experienced and professional team with a strong track record in financial management. With expertise gained from working across various industries, our team ensures that funds are handled responsibly and effectively. Members can trust that AUFP’s finances are in capable hands, with a commitment to transparency and accountability.
Join the Union & Help Us Fight for a Better Future
United we can make a difference because we believe every fitness professional deserves fair pay and safe conditions. Together, we can change the industry!
